1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Recovery Manager," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the Recovery Manager service and its operators
  • "Service" means our WhatsApp-based job alert system for recovery and transport drivers
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who creates an account or uses our Service
  • "Assistant" refers to our automated WhatsApp bot that provides job alerts and account management
  • "Content" means any job postings, messages, or other information provided through the Service

2. Description of Service

Recovery Manager is a subscription-based service that:

  • Monitors WhatsApp groups and channels for recovery and transport job opportunities
  • Provides instant WhatsApp notifications to users when relevant jobs are found within their specified location and range
  • Offers location and range management through WhatsApp commands
  • Provides a web-based dashboard for account management and billing

2.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid UK phone number
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Have a valid payment method for subscription fees

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Keeping your WhatsApp number accessible for receiving job alerts

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Available Plans

  • Weekly Plan: £20 per week, billed weekly
  • Monthly Plan: £50 per month, billed monthly

4.2 Payment Terms

All subscription fees are:

  • Charged in advance for the billing period
  • Non-refundable except as required by law
  • Subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Processed securely through Stripe payment processing

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to receive service until then.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused portions of your subscription
  • Service dissatisfaction after the first 7 days

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues preventing service delivery.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service to:

  • Receive job alerts relevant to your location and preferences
  • Manage your account settings and preferences
  • Communicate with our Assistant for legitimate account management

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to spam or harass other users
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our Service
  • Provide false or misleading information during registration

7. Content and Job Listings

7.1 Third-Party Content

Our Service aggregates job postings from various WhatsApp groups and channels. We do not:

  • Verify the accuracy of job postings
  • Guarantee job availability or suitability
  • Endorse any particular employers or job opportunities
  • Take responsibility for the outcome of job applications

7.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating job opportunities for suitability
  • Verifying employer credentials and job details
  • Making informed decisions about job applications
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from job applications or employment decisions
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through the user dashboard.

  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • We determine that your use of the Service poses a risk to other users
